INTRODUCTION :
In order to fulfil a role of a supervisor and achieve results through effective supervision of staff requires a range of skills. This course will provide participants with the skills necessary to increase work effectiveness and acquire an improved understanding of how to perform as a manager or supervisor in the workplace.
