COURSE DESCRIPTION
All drilling and completion workshops are customized to address the requirements of the drilling or completion project facing the team. The team performs an in-depth review and analysis of the drilling and completion procedures and develops detailed operational plans for their implementation on the rig.

DESIGNED FOR
Participants who comprise a multi-discipline leadership team including drilling and completion engineers, reservoir and production engineers, geoscientists, drilling supervisors and superintendents and asset management from the operator, drilling contractor personnel from rig manager to driller, and service company personnel focused on planning and implementation for this project in the field

1. HSE Performance
2. Time and Cost Performance
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
4. Define technical and HSE performance requirements for the project
5. Optimize the organizational and reporting structure of the team
6. Clarify expectations of Management and the Project Leadership
7. Create detailed procedures for each task in the drilling and completion plan required to safely and efficiently deliver a high level of performance
8. Establish roles and responsibilities within the team
9. Balance people and process to ensure all team members are motivated to contribute their best efforts toward performance improvement
