PRODUCTION SAFETY SYSTEM

PENDAHULUAN :
Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai sistem keselamatan produksi (production safety system). Pembahasan akan dimulai dengan prinsip-prinsip keselamatan produksi, lapis-lapis perlindungan (layer of protection), safety instrumentation hingga safety management. Code/standard API RP 14C tentang Surface Safety Systems for Offshore Production juga akan dioverview dalam pelatihan ini. Secara umum, setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai production safety system secara menyeluruh.

3. Hierarchy of Hazard Control (elimination, substitution, engineering, administration, etc)
4. Protection Concepts and Layer of Protection (BPCS, alarm system, SIS, etc)
5. Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and Risk Reduction
6. Safety Management/Administration System
7. Overview of API RP 14C (Surface Safety Systems for Offshore Production)
8. Safety in Field Instruments & Devices
9. Hazard Study & Identification
10. Effect of Gas Properties to Production Safety System (pressured gas, toxic gas, etc)
11. Fire and Gas Detectors
12. Safety Symbol & MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
13. Emergency Shutdown Systems
14. Discussion, Case Study and Film
