PV ELITE PRESSURE VESSEL DESIGN & ANALYSIS
INTRODUCTION :
PV Elite adalah aplikasi desain yang di gunakan & di akui secara internasional untuk analisa desain struktur menara proses dan vessel horisontal, seperti menganalisa ketebalan dinding untuk head, shell dan cone, ukuran komponen untuk kombinasi tekanan yang tepat (internal dan external), berat mati (kondisi berdiri, operasi dan tes hidrostatik), serta beban angin dan seismik berdasarkan pada code yang berlaku secara internasional ASME, British Standard, ASCE 7, Uniform Building Code and International Building Code, National Building Code of Canada, ANSI dan TEMA.
TRAINING MATERIAL OUTLINE :
1. Basic Vessel Components & Analysis
• Internal pressure on cylinders and heads
• External pressure on cylinders and heads
• Nozzle reinforcement and weld strength
• Cones and Conical sections
• Spherically dished covers
• Brittle fracture requirements on carbon steels
2. Additional Vessel Components & Analysis
• Weld neck, slip-on, and ring flanges
• Blind flanges and flat heads
• Tubesheets, including the TEMA fixed tubesheet requirements
• Flanged and flued and metal bellows expansion joints
• Stresses in shells due to loads on attachments
• Rectangular vessels
3. Tall Vertical Vessels & Vessel Supports
• Wind and earthquake loads
• Load combinations
• Skirt and base ring design
• Legs and support lugs
• Horizontal vessels on saddle supports
