Lesson 5

Explain the Feature & Benefit, Handling Objection

  • How and When they explain the F&B
  • The Objection’ – persuasion, not confrontation
  • How to handle people shopping on price, wrong information

Lesson 7

Closing the Sale

  • Knowing when the time is right
  • Don’t be afraid to ask for the sale
  • Closing techniques
