INTRODUCTION :

This  course  has  been  designed  to  equip  delegates  with  an  understanding  of contemporary strategic issues and their importance in the survival and growth of an organisation. Delegates will also gain an insight into implementing and evaluating cross-functional decisions that will enable an organisation to achieve its long-term objectives.
