OBJEKTIF TRAINING :

Turnaround  adalah suatu masa dimana aset pabrik dalam kondisi tidak berproduksi. Dengan tidak berproduksinya pabrik tersebut akan berdampak pada profit, resiko safety dan lingkungan, karyawan akan letih karena bekerja diatas jam kerja normal dan lain, karenanya pelaksanaan  TA harus berdampak positif untuk operasional pabrik diataranya: adanya perubahan pada operational reliability, higher mechanical integrity, reduce risk dan lainnya.  TA didasarkan pada Business-Driven Turnarounds dan fokus kepada reliability. Agar dampak positif tersebut dapat terjadi maka diperlukan suatu TA management yang efektif.

 

Sesudah pelatihan ini  peserta akan dapat memahami/mengerti:

  1. Alasan mengapa harus turnaround, TA Visi/misi dan Goal, Aspek negatif dan positif pelaksanaan TA.
  2. Memahami TA Phase mulai dari Perencanaan, Eksekusi, evaluasi dan pelaporan
  3. Manaje proyek TA dari mulai perencanaan, eksekusi dan evaluasi
  4. Melakukan updating prosedur pelaksanaan TA di perusahaan

  1. Turnaround Leadership & Bussiness Planning
  2. TA Management Process
  3. Strategic Focus: Strategic TA Planning, Organization, Contracting Strategy and SHE
  4. TA Management control: Planning Scheduling, TA Cost Reporting
  5. Turnaround Planning: Work Scope Mgt, Material Mgt, Resources Planning and Operation Planning
  6. Turnaround execution: Pre-TA & preparation, TA Field Execution, Post TA Evaluation
  7. Turnaround Evaluation, Report and run times between TA

 

SIAPA SEBAIKNYA MENGIKUTI TRAINING INI :

  • Maintenance Manager,
  • Operator and Production  Manager
  • TA Project Manager.
  • Maintenance/field/discipline Engineer
