TRAINING  OVERVIEW:

Keberhasilan project pengembangan sistem sangat tergantung dari keberhasilan dalam mendefiniskan kebutuhan karena pada tahap ini  ditentukannya sukses tidaknya project pengembangan software. Kegagalan dalam memahami kebutuhan sistem adalah kesalahan fatal dalam project pengembangan software. Kesalahan ini mengakibatkan kesalahan pada pengembangan tahap selanjutnya dan dipastikan sistem yang dikembangkan tidak menjawab kebutuhan. Oleh karena itulah tahap analisa requirement merupakan tahap penting dalam proses pengembangan. Dalam training Systems Analysis and Design with UML akan dibahas tentang teknik dan metodologi pengembangan sistem secara efektif dan efisien. Pendekatan aspek teknikal meliputi teknik menentukan kebutuhan sistem tangible dan intangible, analisa dan penyusunan model bisnis, struktur data dan sistem yang akan dikembangkan. Penyusunan desain model dibuat dengan notasi standar UML (Unified Modeling Language). Selain mengenai aspek teknikal pada training, materi ini juga membahas mengenai aspek manajemen project pengembangan software. Aspek yang akan dibahas diantaranya perencanaan project, menghitung biaya project, kebutuhan staff dan estimasi durasi yang dibutuhkankan dalam project pengembangan software.
